Today, as founder of New Home Co-broker Academy he teaches real estate agents on an agent to agent level,how to find new home inventory and new home buyers and working with onsite sales teams. Agents completing his three-hour online course and passing the exam with a score of 80 earn the prestigious New Home Co-Broker certification. Florida agents also receive three hours of continuing education credit.
